Neighbour averaged 23.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in victories over Louisiana-Lafayette and South Alabama. Those numbers came, almost remarkably, after he was held to just 1 point at Arkansas State the previous Saturday.
This is the third time Neighbour has won the award.
