UALR's Guy back in starting lineup, leads Trojans in +/- at UNT

BURN THE HORSE
Thursday’s 69-66 UALR victory at North Texas provided one statistical rarity. UALR Coach Steve Shields didn’t make a substitution in the final 6:26 of the game. At that point, UALR led 51-49 and he put freshman Taggart Lockhart in for senior Courtney Jackson. Shields then stayed with the lineup of senior D’Andre Williams, sophomores Chuck Guy and Will Neighbour, junior Reggie Fondren and Lockhart the rest of the game.

Guy was reinserted into the starting lineup on Thursday and took advantage by turning in the best plus/minus rating of the night. UALR outscored North Texas 63-51 with Guy on the court as he finished at +12.
Four of the five starters finished at even or better.
  • D’Andre Williams: 58-54 (+4)
  • Taggart Lockhart: 40-38 (+2)
  • Will Neighbour: 61-61 (Even)
  • Courtney Jackson: 20-35 (-15)
Lockhart has only finished on the minus side in one of the past eight games.
