BURN THE HORSE
As first reported more than a month ago on Burn The Horse, the Sun Belt Conference has extended the stay of its men's basketball tournament in Hot Springs, Ark. Here's a quote from Sun Belt Conference Commissioner Wright Waters in today's Daily News Journal of Murfreesboro, Tenn."Yes. For three years. But this year will be the first of four years. This coming year will be the last of the original agreement, and there were three years added to that. Although, this year was renegotiated as part of the new agreement."
What is perplexing is that the Sun Belt Conference has still made no official announcement.
