UALR players rally plus/minus marks in victory over Philander

Players who have been getting bigger minutes of late didn’t get much of an opportunity in Tuesday’s 102-59 victory over Philander Smith. While most couldn’t pad their stats, everyone padded their plus/minus rating.

The UALR starters put on a clinic for the little bit of time they spent together on the court. They outscored Philander Smith 38-13 during those minutes. They also played with other combinations and continued to rack up the plus numbers.

Freshman Taggart Lockhart led the way at +36 on Tuesday. UALR outscored the Panthers 61-25 with Lockhart on the court. It marks the third consecutive game Lockhart has finished on the plus side.

The other starters were all really good:

• D’Andre Williams: +35 (63-28)
• Courtney Jackson: +28 (55-27)
• Will Neighbour: +26 (45-19)
• Ben Dillard: +21 (38-17)

Chuck Guy and Eric Lawton were each +18 to finish best of the rest.
