Was this a foul? UALR's Williams decked on no call by officials

UALR had a shot clock violation on Sunday when D'Andre Williams' shot was blocked near the time the buzzer went off. The block itself was pretty clean. However, it sure looked like a foul as Williams was knocked to the floor.

We've definitely seen that call go against UALR defenders a number of times over the years.
