The weather has created some interesting travel situations for UALR as the teams prepare for Saturday's games against Louisiana-Lafayette on the road.
The UALR men chose to depart after Thursday night's victory over Denver at the Jack Stephens Center. They bused to Shreveport, Louisiana, and spent the rest of the night and this morning there. They'll finish the second half of the trip this afternoon on a bus to Lafayette, La.The UALR women elected not to leave Thursday night. Instead, they're making the entire trip today. While they had an extra day to get there, gametime is earlier for them. The women play Saturday afternoon at Long Gymnasium.
