Following along with Saturday's 72-70 victory by UALR over Texas-Arlington, it seemed pretty obvious that UALR was winning basked on the time sophomore James White was in the game.
The numbers prove that.
UALR won 72-70 on a buzzer-beating jumper by Josh Hagins. But with White on the court, UALR was a +16, outscoring UTA 56-40. Also on the double digit plus side was senior Leroy Isler, who was +14.
UALR won three of the four factors to winning as well. Surprisingly, the spot where they lost was free throw rate. That's because Texas-Arlington wasn't missing and because UALR stopped going to the line in the second half.
