BURN THE HORSE
We like when these things get done early in the day. First thing this morning, Talihina, Okla., guard Taggart Lockhart put pen to paper and signed his National Letter of Intent to play basketball at UALR.Lockhart will be a 6-6 freshman wing next season.
He led Talihina to an Oklahoma state championship this season after finishing runner-up the previous two seasons.
I don't think UALR has received the paperwork yet, but they should later this morning. More later.
