UALR commitment Taggart Lockhart of Talihina, Okla., was named All-State on Tuesday by the Oklahoma Basketball Coaches Association. He will play in the Small School All-State basketball game on July 28 at Oral Roberts in Tulsa.Lockhart is a 6-5 guard/forward who committed to play for UALR earlier this week. He joins spring commitment Michael Javes and fall signees Reggie Fondren, James White and Will Neighbour in the Trojans' 2011 recruiting class.
