We wondered what was up when UALR listed the North Texas makeup games for Feb. 28 and North Texas listed them for March 1. We now know. The games have been officially moved to Tuesday, March 1.
The men's/women's doubleheader was originally scheduled for Feb. 10 before being postponed due to snow and ice in Arkansas and Texas. It means the seeding for the Sun Belt Tournament could be undecided until that Tuesday night. The tournament's first round begins March 5 in Hot Springs.
It also gives both UALR and North Texas an extra day to prepare. UALR plays at Arkansas State on Feb. 27, while North Texas is at home against Denver the same date.
