BURN THE HORSE
UALR was at its best when using a bigger player at the 5 spot last night against Denver. As a result, Derrick Bails and Marlon Louzeiro turned in impressive plus/minus ratings.
Bails was a team best +14 after playing during UALR's second-half run to surge into the lead. Solomon Bozeman, who didn't start for the first time this season, was second best at +8 and Louzeiro third at +7. Tramar Sutherland at +5 and D'Andre Williams +3 rounded out the top 5.
Matt Mouzy scored 24 points and played all but three minutes. And in those three minutes, a grand total of one point was scored (by UALR). That accounted for Mouzy's +2 rating.
For the season, Bails +42 is the team best, followed by Louzeiro's +35, Bozeman 's +34 and Chuck Guy's +31.
In the past five games, Louzerio is a team-best +18, followed by Bails at +14.

Shanika Butler turned in a +14 on Wednesday as the UALR women remained undefeated in Sun Belt play with a victory over Denver. Janette Merriex was at +12 and Asriel Rolfe played the entire game for a +7. Chastity Reed was in foul trouble and a -2, finishing on the minus side for the first time since late December.
Butler's +177 is the season best, followed by Rolfe at +168 and Reed at +141. Butler is also best in the last five games at +76, followed by Rolfe at +67  and Reed at +66.
