UALR matches up with Denver's Princeton attack

UALR will get a look at the Princeton offense for the second time this year as it travels to Denver at 3:30 p.m. today. UALR also faced the Princeton offense (albeit a slighly different version of it) in its season opening victory over SMU in Dallas.
UALR Assistant Coach Joe Kleine is as good as any coach I've seen at breaking down the Princeton attack, which features a lot of off ball movement designed to lull defenses to sleep. We didn't ask, but we assume Kleine has this scout again this year.
UALR has handled it well in games played in Little Rock and struggled a bit with it in games played in Denver. UALR also beat Denver in a Sun Belt Tournament game in which the Trojans were down and had to rally against the Princeton offense (a nearly impossible chore). UALR used a trapping press to speed Denver up that day.
Denver has been nearly perfect in Sun Belt home games since Coach Joe Scott took over and implemented the Princeton attack. But the Pioneers have lost three times already at home this season (Colorado State, Utah State and Portland).
A loss in Denver won't hurt UALR. But a victory would really set the Trojans up for an opportunity to make a big run with the next four games (3 in Sun Belt) at home.
