Palm has UALR in ... for now

It's far too early to be projecting NCAA Tournament brackets. But publicity is publicity and UALR is getting some for its early-season 6-3 start.
Jerry Palm, who is well respected and runs, has UALR in his field of 68 teams for the NCAA Tournament. He's got the Trojans as a No. 14 seed taking on No. 3 seed San Diego State in Tuscon, Ariz., as part of the West Regional.
Palm admits that he gives the conference's automatic bid to the current conference leader and it doesn't reflect who he thinks will ultimately claim that spot.
Saturday's opponent Ole Miss and former opponent Missouri State are listed among the first four at-large teams left out of the tournament.
